Well the sink here attempts to be a roll-under but it’s really not. Yes there’s a clear space below the sink and it might be the required 30 inch minimum in width. However placing the trashcan there kinda defeats the purpose. Besides that, there are a few other things here that make this setup wheelchair unfriendly.
Notice the door handle, it’s a knob and not a lever as is required. Then I assume the door swings inward which would mean there’s not enough clear space on the latch side of the door. So a wheelchair user would be trying to open the door while in the path of the door swing. Finally that mirror is way too high. A wheelchair user would have difficulty seeing themselves with this mirror. ADA states that the bottom of a mirror be 40 inches max above the floor. All in all this setup is not as wheelchair friendly as it might first appear.
