The Future of Universal Design Style

There has been a big change in my life that will have an affect on the future of this blog. In a couple weeks I will be starting a new job that will take me out of the disabilities and design world. I will now be helping set standards to make homes safe from lead paint, radon, mold, etc. This new position will most likely be more demanding of my time which puts the future of this blog into question.

I still want to be part of the design and disabilities communities and want this blog to continue. But the future of the blog may not be as it exists now. Instead of full articles I may just feature places, items, and stories with pictures and a few small blurbs with links. Time will tell.

As for now I’ll be taking a bit of a hiatus as I tie up loose ends at my existing job and begin a new one. Thank you to everyone who has visited and supported Universal Design Stye. I hope the future of the blog continues to be useful and everyone keep coming back.
